My birthday was October 15 and now im 38 years old.I still dont feel any older all except my the pains in my back.I have blond long hair and i have hazle eyes and im also 195 lbs i might be gaining it back i little from eating a little junk food here and there.Im not getting any taller or shorter.I gained a little over 200 Lbs. Why am I here? Well I don't have a problem meeting people out but I just don't seem to meet the right people. There are very few sparks and the few seem to fade quickly. Basically I am on here for fun. I am 5'7 black hair blue eyes. I have five tattoos and 17 piercings. I am kind of in to that stuff but don't get me wrong it's nothing extravagant. I like going out with my friends, downtown and such. I like drinking, a little too much sometimes, I binge haha. I don't know what else to write.

I was born and raised in New York City, which will always be "home" to me. Because of that, I was raised with good manners, a love of museums and concerts in the park, and a firm belief that if you're going somewhere that's less than three miles away, you should walk there. However, I've been in Buffalo for the past four years, and have come to love it. I rarely make it two months without traveling somewhere, and am 3/5 of the way to reaching my goal of spending at least one night in all 50 states. I sometimes talk too much or too fast, but usually what I say is worth hearing.

Right, so, I'm a law student here in Buffalo, and that's been the challenge I hoped it would be. It's a change of pace from my undergrad art major of sculpture, more specifically bronzecasting, but I think it helps to even me out. Left brain, right brain... no sense in being lopsided!

who am I really? I don't think that's really something I can describe to you fully......anyway, here goes.....

So we'll start off with some hobbies:

I hike just about every weekend, wherever I can. Just being outside in nature is my weekly vacation.

Photography, I take pictures of just about everything. My camera is hardly ever left at home...actually never, its usually in my car anyway.

I bike ride a lot in the summer, mostly on trails but I do ride on the street or at the river every so often. I guess rollerblading would fit into this as well, I go a lot after work on nice days.

I'm an electronics guy, pretty much anything that deals with technology, this is also my job.

I'm a big fan of movies, pretty much most kinds will do just fine....most movies i don't have a hard time sitting through

I like long walks on beaches, but really, I'm a 27 year old guy, making my way in the world. By day I'm a computer professional, (the best way to describe it), by night, I'm a superhero, well...not really...but I like to think so!

In public I tend to be introverted and shy, so I don't know very many people around this area. Other than that, there really isn't much I can say.

I have few friends, but the friendships I have are strong ones. At first glance I tend to come off as serious and stoic. Those who get to know me find that I'm mischievous, analytical to a fault, open to trying new things and usually let my mind go wherever it wants.

I'm also extremely loyal and expect the same from my friends; once you have my trust, its hard to lose it, but near impossible to get back if you do.

I grew up in Philadelphia, PA, moved to Los Angeles in 2004, and am moving to Buffalo, NY by the end of March.

I generally look at both sides of things. I am neither conservative nor liberal. Traveling through Europe, both in the Navy and on my own, gave me an appreciation for being open minded and accepting of people from all walks of life.

I am a photographer whose work is of an erotic nature. I have been doing photography for over 25 years now and have been called a 'provert' by one of my female friends, but in a good way...lol I like the vintage stuff, sheer stockings, girdles, corsets, etc. I still prefer shooting film over digital. I have never tried to become famous, but my work has been published internationally fairly often.

I watched a lot of British TV shows growing up (The Prisoner, Are You Being Served, Faulty Towers, etc), so I have a dry wit and can very sarcastic at times.

I have a current passport, and it has stamps in it from countries other than ones in North and Cnetral America. I am look forward to adding another stamp this June if plans proceed accordingly.

I do not want children. I am selfish that way. I like the idea of being able to wake up and decide to drive to Vegas or up the coast without needing and babysitter or having to pack a bunch of necessaties. I hope to get snipped here sometime soon.

I couldn't work in another pro lab printing everyone else's work, so I got back into being a field technician, which is what is taking me away from sunny SoCal to snowy Buffalo.

I'm a fun loving and easy going person. I enjoy a good conversation. Not the type that needs to be entertained. I'm am always looking to learn something new. I have a great Dog named Boxer Joe. I adopted him from a rescue a few years ago. We love to go for walks and play in the yard. We've started going to the dog park a few times a week. Hey im dan i live in buffalo ny well actually Williamsville to be exact. But i love to hang out with friends and just basically chill. Speakin of chill im a pretty laid back guy who likes to have fun and when the time comes im serious. sometimes i might come off as sarcastic but whatever who cares. i like to play hockey and workout but im not a muscle head lol. my life right now is quite satisfying im workin at a restaurant and im a dishwasher ughhh, i sorta hate it but its a job it's helpin me put money towards my college education, right on. but this job i should be on americas dirtiest jobs lol. i like to play videogames at times just to relax my mind but i also love music basically anything, u name it ill listen to it even if i dont like the genere ill give it a chance as well as alot of things. i hate being judged and labeled all the time it's messed up that ppl can actually have the balls to say somethin about someone they dont even know so thats just my perspective. i love poetry and short stories, well actually im writing a book for my life from all the stuff ive been through which has been alot ive done some pretty dumb stuff. i used to use drugs and i loved getting high but it just wasnt working out for me i started at a very young age and had a serious problem but u can judge me all u want and say wow he's a druggie what a loser but im actually a very nice, caring, funny, sensitive, and all around great guy who loves to make everyone happy even when i feel shitty about myself i like to make others feel happy and good about themselves. but thats just me. so as i said i am an ex drug addict and have alot of life experiences and lots of different perspectives on life. I now currently have 5 months clean and sober and that's somethin im pretty proud of it takes alot of perservearance and willingness to do this. if u really wanna get to know me personally and not judge a book by its cover than please get to know me. if u use drugs or do whatever i mean whatever i will **not** judge u i give everyone a chance. in my opinion if u like to laugh and smile and at the same time have a relationship which involves romance love caring fun open-mindedness and especially honesty then im sure u will like me. as i said im outgoing and if your shy i would be more than willing to start up a conversation with u. i love to talk and get to know other people i, i guess i'm just really outgoing but thats enough about that. I've never been very good at describing myself, so I'll just write what other people have said. I'm smart, funny, and rational (does that sound familiar?). I get that I'm evil a fair amount of the time, but it's usually because I enjoy playing devil's advocate in arguments. I enjoy arguing, but if the other party isn't being rational, it's just agonizing.

I am borderline obsessed with Pink Floyd and music in general. I don't do any hard drugs, but a toke every few days never hurt anyone. I see Bears and the Russians as humanity's greatest threats and continually pray every night that those two forces don't unite. I want to write, be it a novel or a column, I enjoy expressing myself through written word (and spoken even more). I also like to teach, though I have no patience for those who would rather screw around than learn.
